1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store in the user's browser when they visit them. They are used to remember information about the visit in order to make browsing easier.

2. Our own cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising tools. For that reason no cookie consent banner is shown.

3. Third-party content: Google Maps

The “Where we are” section includes an embedded Google Maps map. When it loads, Google's servers may set or read their own cookies in the user's browser, under Google's responsibility and in accordance with its cookie policy. The map is lazy-loaded, only when that section approaches the screen.

4. Links to other services

Links to the doctors' websites, to SaluFirst (teleconsultation), to SaluFile (appointment assistant), to WhatsApp and to Telegram lead to external sites, which apply their own cookie policies from the moment the user visits them. This website does not set cookies on behalf of those services.

The SaluFile appointment assistant can also open within this page, in a floating panel: the site loads the salufile.com script and the chat is shown in a frame (iframe) served from that domain, which may use its own local storage in the browser in order to work, under SaluFile's responsibility.
